We are open from 11am until 6pm weekdays by appointment only. However, if you are unable to make it in at these times please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For bespoke jewellery, it is difficult for us to buy back diamonds or gems as each one is individually selected for our customers. We prefer not to hold stock, but do reach out to let us know the details of your diamond or gem you wish to upgrade and we will do our best to help you do so.

Yes! If you have purchased your diamond or gemstone from us but would prefer that your partner participate in choosing the design, we offer a temporary setting for your diamond. Please contact us for more details.  

Yes! You can. Creating new designs and settings is part of what we do. 

Yes! All of Anna Dora's jewelry is customisable. We can custom design and create your one of a kind piece. We really love to create something different for each client. We generally start by discussing design preference, choosing the main diamond or gem, and then providing a technical sketch of the design, so it gives a visual representation of the design. The sketch is then used to craft your very own bespoke and original piece of jewelry. 

If there is a piece of jewelry from our website that you like and would like to see additional images from different angles please make an enquiry and we will send you additional photos if we have them.

Yes. You can choose between 18k white gold, 18k yellow gold, 18k rose gold and Platinum. 

All main diamonds and gemstones come with certification. The majority of our diamonds are laser inscribed on the girdle with its specific identification number.  Your GIA certificate will mention if the stone has a laser inscription or not. 

Store Policies

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase/delivery.

Most of our pieces are made to order, and require 2-4 weeks to create. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. Some pieces, specifically custom rings and wedding bands may take up to 6 weeks to create. If we have an item in stock, we will ship it out within the next business day.

International Shipping takes 3-5 business days. We will send you an email notification once your jewelry is shipped.

If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite service, please make sure to leave a note at checkout and/or email us at info@anna-dora.com. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Yes. Each order arrives in an Anna Dora gift box, ready for gifting.

Sizing

The best way to figure out your ring size is to go to your local jewelry store and have the sizing done professionally. You may also go to our ring size guide here *Please note this is only a guide, therefore we cannot be responsible for incorrect ring size determination. Please contact us with any further questions with regard to ring-sizing at info@anna-dora.com.

We can gladly resize any Anna Dora ring for you. Please email us at info@anna-dora.com for an authorization form. Please send your ring back to our studio address, along with your specific resizing request, email and shipping addresses. Our current resizing fee is SGD65/ USD45 (includes return insured domestic shipping) and takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Caring for your Jewelry

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. The majority of our collections consist of 18k gold,14k gold and sterling silver, and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.

On sterling silver pieces, the metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Please do NOT dip any Anna Dora piece in jewelry cleaners or solutions. This may cause corrosion and permanent damage to the metal.

All of the stones we use are natural gemstones, therefore they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions may be seen in some natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners. For more details, visit our jewelry care page here

Exchanges & Warranty

Custom Diamond or Gemstone Rings, Personalized Jewelry and Special Orders are not eligible for exchange.

We strive for all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Anna Dora Luxe Jewelry will accept most other items for exchange.

If you wish to exchange it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Due to the hand crafted nature of each piece, we do not currently accept any returns.

All rings are subject to a resizing fee and can't be exchanged for another size. Please ensure that the item is exchanged in new and re-saleable condition within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order.

Exchanges after the 7 day period are only eligible for store credit. If you would like to make an exchange please email for an authorization form at info@anna-dora.com. Exchanges cannot be processed without an authorization form.

For your protection, please pack your exchange in the original box, ship your order with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Anna Dora Luxe Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a detailed note with your name, email address and invoice number on your authorization form. Once your exchange is processed, your new piece will be shipped back out to you. We cannot refund shipping charges on exchange items.

Anna Dora Jewelry products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturers defect in material or workmanship but it does not cover neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs, Anna Dora Jewelry is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. We strive for perfection and to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee our workmanship.

As with any delicate artistic creation, care must be taken to ensure years of enjoyment. We are committed to providing you, our treasured customers with the best service possible.

We understand that purchasing Jewelry over the internet can be confusing and sometimes a bit intimidating. We also understand that buying an engagement ring or any fine jewelry is can be an emotional purchase, which will have sentimental feelings attached to them for years to come.

The loss/ theft or damage of a center stone, such as a diamond or a gemstone is not covered under warranty, and should be covered under your own insurance policy. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your policy limits and requirements.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Please ensure that the item is shipped back to us in new and re-saleable condition within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order. Please see exchange policy for exchange eligibility and more details.

We will repair any design purchased through www.anna-dora.com. Repair fees may apply. We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable. Please contact us for an authorization form at info@anna-dora.com.

Yes. If the style is in stock you may purchase a half pair. The cost for one earring is typically half of the cost for the pair.
